The Keel & Candle Shop operates an Etsy-based print-on-demand retail store selling dark fantasy apparel, bookish goods, and related merchandise. Our TikTok application is a business tool used exclusively to publish product content, promotional videos, and marketing material to our official TikTok account (@thekeelandcandle) via the TikTok Content Posting API. The Application is not a consumer-facing application and does not provide services to end users on TikTok's platform. It operates solely on behalf of The Keel & Candle Shop for our own content publishing needs.
By accessing our Site or using our Application, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. 4.2 Trademarks: The Keel & Candle Shop name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of The Keel & Candle Shop. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of The Keel & Candle Shop.
4.3 User Feedback: If you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding our products or services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose.

All purchases are subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and our shop policies as listed on our Etsy store page. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in product listings.
